Shipping Information

Is my order shipped from Canada?

We are a Canadian company and ship domestically within Canada.  This means no duty or importing charges, local support, and faster shipping than U.S. companies. And you are helping out a local Canadian business.

General shipping information

We normally offer same-day shipping and are usually able to ship orders placed by 1:00 EST on the same day. We have multiple warehouses and transit times will vary, as products will ship from multiple locations based on availability. As a general estimation, free shipping takes 3-7 business days and expedited shipping takes 1-4 business days to be delivered.

Orders that need additional handling time

Orders that include tabletops or that need special handling may take an additional 1 to 2 days to ship. In the event that a product is out of stock or there's an issue with your order, we will notify you via email within 24 business hours.

Remote locations

Orders going to remote locations might require additional time for transit. Depending on your location, we might be limited to using Canada Post as a shipping carrier. In these cases, we cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered to your doorstep and that all of your items will be within Canada Post's size limitations. If there is an issue with your order, we will contact you within 24 business hours.

Installation services

On-site installation and setup of your standing desk is available for $199.99 in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area). Contact us for more information.
